Are you an existing Sage 50 license holder, with a previous Sage 50 version of a previously purchased Sage 50 perpetual license?
If you are, there are some important changes recently rolled out by Sage that would directly affect the use and continuity of your existing software license.
Sage has issued an EOL (End of Life) for all Sage 50 2020.1 and older licenses, which will be deactivated on September 30th, 2023. What does this mean for you if your existing software license falls into this category? This means that after September 30, 2023, you will be unable to use or reactivate the software.
Sage is no longer selling perpetual software licenses. Moving forward, all Sage 50 software licenses will be subscription-based cloud/cloud connected versions.
You must therefore upgrade your existing license to a Sage 50cloud license by or before September 30, 2023 to ensure that you have continued access to your Sage software and to your data.
